Description
In this role you will lead the migration of legacy front-end to modern, user friendly React Architecture - this will be a project taking 2-3 years and will involve:
Lead the design and development of scalable React-based web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Review and maintain high-quality code standards, implementing best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team, fostering their growth.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless user experience.Profile
