Part-Time (17 hours)/Fixed-Term (2 Years)/Aberdeen City Campus
Salary: £40,170.00 - £48,357.00 pro rata per annum
Actual Salary: £19,511.14 - £23,487.69 per annum
The College is looking to recruit a Part Time Lecturer in Hospitality to support the delivery of part-time leisure-based short courses. This post would be for 17 hours per week.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
1. Working knowledge of Professional Cookery, minimum 3 years in a Head Chef position
2. Good communication skills
3. Good presentation skills
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Good organisational skills
6. Ability to develop and use appropriate learning/teaching/training materials
7. Computer literate
8. * Knowledge and/or experience of the use of electronic learning materials
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1. City & Guilds 706/3, Advanced Diploma Level 3 or equivalent
2. Recent experience in a position as a Head Chef, minimum 3 years' experience
3. * HNC (SCQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification in a related subject.
4. * Teaching or training experience
5. * Teaching qualification (TQFE or equivalent)
6. * Assessment experience
7. * Assessment qualification
8. * ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)
9. * GTC registration
