What You Will Do
Undertake pre-birth assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.
Manage complex cases including child in need, child protection, and PLO/Pre proceedings.
Produce high-quality work, including court statements and detailed assessments.
Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering professional growth.
Model best practice in professionalism and reflective social work.
Lead initiatives to improve quality and performance within the team.
