The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of plastering, rendering, and skimming works across residential properties, including both occupied homes and void properties. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs, retrofit projects, and mould treatment works, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, providing excellent service to residents and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesPlastering and Skimming Apply plaster to walls and ceilings to create smooth finishes ready for decoration. Carry out skimming works as part of void property repairs and general maintenance projects. Rendering Apply external rendering systems using both traditional and modern techniques.
