You’ll respond to queries from staff and students, maintain accurate documentation, support meetings and help deliver key activities such as inductions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Education Centre, contributing to an efficient and supportive administrative service. We are committed to offering ongoing professional development to help you grow in the role.
About You

You’ll have experience in administration or a customer‑facing role, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should feel confident working with multiple systems, handling sensitive information and following established procedures. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, building good working relationships and supporting colleagues when needed. Flexibility, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key.
