Responsibilities
* Book and plan clinics.
* Speak with customers on the phone.
* Assist with any queries.
* General administrative duties.
Qualifications
* Supervisory or team leader experience in an office or store environment.
* Customer care skills are paramount and experience in process management.
* Previous optical experience.
