The goal is to ensure the business remains compliant on both national and international levels by establishing and maintaining an effective compliance framework, including policies, internal controls, procedures, and monitoring. The role holder ensures the Compliance team achieves its objectives and is accountable to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for team decisions, progress, and results. The role also involves deputizing for the CRO and supporting in setting compliance strategies and evaluating the team's effectiveness. Overseeing daily operations and management of the Compliance Team is also a key responsibility.About YouRequirements: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred: Master's Degree. Preferably 10-15 years of compliance and risk experience within an insurance setting.
