Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Progressor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £22,500 - £23,000pa
What the job involves for a Tenancy Application Advisor: -
* Managing tenant application process
* Carrying out tenant reference checks
* Preparing & signing lease agreements for new tenancies
* Arranging move in appointments for tenants
* Managing change of tenancy process
* Answering incoming calls
* Taking payments for new tenancies
* Scheduling Property Manager visits
* Preparing keys, parking fobs, permits & certification for new tenancies
* General office administration

* Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge
* Excellent customer services skills
* Strong Administration and organisational skills
