Early Years is part of our highly successful Faculty of Social Sciences and Care. The curriculum area offers T Level Early Years, Level 2 Childcare and Health and Social Care. The curriculum area is well equipped with a range of specialist equipment and teaching areas. The successful candidate would take responsibility for delivering high quality training to students in placement settings including undertaking training observations of students. The successful candidate would also deliver relevant in college training sessions for T level students. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality training of early years skills. Lead planning for observations and undertake observations of Early Years students in placement. Structuring observations of students during a year so that the focus synchronises with skills taught and developed in class. Diarising all observations of all Early Years students ensuring all skills criteria have been observed and feedback provided.
