Your role -

Our client are looking for a Field Service Engineer who enjoys working independently while being supported by a strong, collaborative team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll cover your designated region and play a key role in keeping our customers’ operations up and running.
Your Duties -
* Carry out routine preventative maintenance and repairs on compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment (all brands).
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, perform effective repairs, and document your work using company tools.
* Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their needs with professionalism and care.
* Continue developing your skills in areas such as VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks and air audits.
* Participate in an on-call rota and occasional overtime when required.
* Share knowledge with colleagues, support training, and contribute to a culture of safety, learning, and teamwork.

* Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position
* Mechanical or electrical qualification. Although, we understand you might be qualified by experience
* Full UK driving licence – with less than 4 points
* Computer literacy can learn new systems.
* Flexibility to participate in the call out rota
* You will work on-site, and will need to travel throughout your region

You will be part of our clients team in Northampton.
You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area
