Job Title - Patient Advisor
This role is an excellent opportunity to provide world-class customer service and be the first point of contact for our patients.
* You will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment.
* Assist in patient consultations, scanning eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check.
* Maintain accurate patient records and assist patients in completing health questionnaires.
* You will also be introducing patients to their optometrist, scheduling treatment dates and discussing finance options.
