Your new role
I'm pleased to be partnering with a highly respected organisation in Norwich, renowned for its clear mission and inclusive, community-focused culture. They are seeking an experienced HR professional for a 6-month interim assignment.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director to help deliver strategic HR initiatives, manage complex employee relations cases, and ensure policies remain compliant with evolving legislation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level, strong employee relations/generalist HR expertise, exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
The organisation is looking for someone to start in January or as soon as possible, with a commitment for the full term. Based in Norwich, they offer a hybrid working model with three days on-site each week and support flexible working arrangements.
