Job Specification Description
As a UX Designer, you will deliver intuitive product experiences based on user needs and design principles. You will be passionate about needs-based design and an advocate for design thinking and digital product design.

Responsibilities
* Designs wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, adhering to usability best practices and accessibility standards
* Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps to help prioritise and guide design direction
* Facilitates user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts
* Works with wider project team to establish value of UX design as a discipline
* Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
* Advocate for best practices in UX and accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle
Required Skills And Experience
* Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS solutions
* Understanding of information architecture, interaction design and visual design principles
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, including research, interaction design, and visual design
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present designs and rationale to stakeholders.
Desirable
* Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
* Knowledge of Workday product architecture
* Knowledge of IT General Controls
* Ability to balance business objectives with user needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
