* Masters level qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience
Desirable criteria
* Information Management Qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
* Understanding of NHS data definitions and reporting
* Significant experience of designing and developing reports and dashboards
* Experience of extracting and processing data from multiple systems using SQL
* Experience and competent in the writing of complex SQL queries
* Significant experience in using Power BI (including complex functions)
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in an NHS Information Management role
* Knowledge of Data Protection and Data Quality issues
* Experience with Oracle Millenium EPR
* Experience in a new system deployment and testing cycles
Job Related Skills
Essential criteria
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Able to successfully implement/support change and service improvement
* Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a non technical audience
