Are you an organised, proactive care professional with a passion for delivering exccellent home care services? We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join a friendly, fast-paced domiciliary care branch in Birmingham, delivering over 1,200 care hours per week. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth care delivery and exceptional support for both clients and carers. What you'll be doing: * Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure seamless care delivery * Liaising daily with care staff, service users and families * Supporting recruitment, training and supervision of care workers * Responding promptly to changes in schedules and emergencies * Maintaining accurate records in line with CQC standards ✅ What we're looking for: * Experience in a care coordination (ideally domiciliary care) * Strong IT skills and confidence with care management systems * Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving abilities * A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit * Driving Licence & own vehicle * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care What’s on offer: * £24,000 - £27,000 salary, depending on experience * Ongoing training and career development opportunities * 28 days holiday your birthday off! * A supportive team and a rewarding, fast-moving environment Ready to bring your coordination skills to a team that truly values care quality?
