Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified and motivated Retrofit Coordinator and/or Retrofit Designer to join our growing team. This is your chance to take a central role in delivering high-quality, PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects that make a real difference to people, places, and the planet.
We are a small but growing, award-winning sustainability consultancy with big ambitions. We work nationally from our office on Gloucester Road in Bristol, delivering retrofit, testing, and consultancy services to help improve building performance and reduce carbon emissions.
As a key part of our team, you’ll take ownership of retrofit coordination and/or design depending on your strengths and experience. As we’re a close-knit and agile company, there will be times when you'll be expected to step beyond your role to support other teams and projects - whether that’s helping colleagues meet deadlines, improving internal processes, or contributing to wider company initiatives.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow quickly, take real ownership, and help shape the future of a mission-driven business, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Duties

· Supporting and coordinating with Retrofit Assessors, Installers, and Coordinators
· Ensuring compliance with TrustMark, PAS 2030/2035, and funding scheme requirements
· Helping develop and improve internal tools, processes, and QA procedures
· Contributing to knowledge sharing across the team and supporting junior colleagues
· Working flexibly to support other areas of the business where your skills are needed

· Understanding of domestic construction, building physics, and energy efficiency principles
· Experience with RdSAP, SAP, U-value calculators, and other design tools

· You’re self-motivated, curious, and comfortable supporting other teams when needed
· You’re collaborative, communicative, and enjoy problem-solving in a team setting
