The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced individual to fill the vital role of Area Lead. This is a crucial position within our senior team, where you will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to students in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and Dorset area. What You'll Do As Area Lead, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations and strategic development of our provision in your area. Your key responsibilities will include: · Team Leadership and Management: Leading, motivating, and managing your team to ensure they deliver outstanding support and maintain high standards of practice. · Student Progress and Evaluation: Meticulously tracking and evaluating student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes. · Administrative Efficiency: Streamlining administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and effective record-keeping. · Stakeholder Communication: Fostering effective and proactive communication with families, external professionals, local authorities, and schools to ensure cohesive support for our students. · Safeguarding: Actively assisting the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in all safeguarding matters. You will ensure that safeguarding young people remains integral to all aspects of our work. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced professional with a preferred background in education and management. Experience in safeguarding is also highly desirable. You will be a proactive and adaptable individual with the ability to take initiative and expertly manage competing demands under pressure.
