Role
The aim is to work within a community development framework. The worker will be responsible for raising awareness of VAW, FGM, HBV and Forced Marriage in practicing communities and to support women and girls to challenge the custom within South West, East & Mid Wales Area. The role involves providing advice, advocacy, outreach, risk assessment, and practical support, while working closely with partner agencies to safeguard and empower women and girls.
