Job Description
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
* Handle documentation related to employee onboarding, promotions, and terminations
* Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
* Assist in maintaining job postings and applicant tracking systems.
* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
* Assist in resolving conflicts and issues within the workplace.
* Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations.
* Ensure the return of company property and the completion of necessary paperwork.
The Successful Applicant
* HR admin experience
* Good administration skills
