What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating across various engineering domains, including Toolsets, Processes, Training, System Design, Requirements, Testing, Qualification, and Acceptance.
* Providing hands-on support for Product and Systems Test activities, contributing to planning and executing Factory and Site Acceptance Testing.
* Leading the generation and resolution of System Problem Reports, applying structured engineering thinking for timely solutions.
* Planning and actively participating in key customer engagements, such as Test Readiness Reviews and technical briefings.
* Supporting Engineering Lifecycle and Lifecycle Management activities to ensure product maturity aligns with required processes and governance.
Your Skills and Experiences
Essential:
* Proven experience with PLM and DOORS toolsets in a structured engineering environment.
* Relevant experience in IT-based ground support system engineering projects, preferably in complex or regulated domains.
* Strong ability to develop, manage, and present complex technical data to diverse audiences, from engineers to senior stakeholders.
* Experience in an integration and delivery-focused environment, contributing to successful end-to-end capability delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to liaise and coordinate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Desirable:
* A relevant degree in STEM subjects or equivalent.

The System Integration Team
Join a large, collaborative engineering team as a Systems Integration Engineer. You will focus on multiple domain workstreams, delivering critical capabilities against demanding programme timelines.
This role offers hands-on technical support to the Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programme, working closely with subject matter experts to tackle real-world integration challenges.
Engage with a diverse stakeholder network, collaborating with internal and external partners, including BAESSA and the RSAF. You’ll gain valuable exposure to procurement and commercial functions, enhancing your understanding of major defence programme delivery.
Be part of a well-established team of 45–50 engineers, where collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and collective problem-solving are at the core of our operations.
