Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in managing both Engineering and Civil projects? The role is working for the UKs largest family owned business, supplying major retailers. As a Project Manager you will live locally to Lincoln but the role will involve managing projects across other sites within the UK (predominately east of UK) This role will utilise your mechanical, electrical and civils experience to successfully support the business with exisiting and new exciting projects in the pipeline. Offering an excellent salary of £70-80K dependant on experience company car If you are interested in this role, APPLY NOW via the job board or contact Beki Bentley for more information The Role: Working alongside the Engineering and Project Manager, you will be overseaing all aspects of installation and construction of small, medium and large projects Encompassing budgetary control, timeline management, site safety quality standards and contractor control. Define project schedules, allocating resource and monitor progress Lead and manage project teams and duty holders. Develop designs and specifications using CAD and microsoft Identify and highlight risk to ensure business continuity. Agree price and specification with suppliers Manage contractors to full CDM requirements Research new processes and equipment - Update on latest industry developments Prepare reports and presentations relating to proposals and updates. Work with site teams to develop project business proposals. Suitable Candidate: Experienced Project Engineer / Manager who has managed full projects from start to finish Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree is desirable or industry technical related knowledge with a proven track record Background of running projects in Food Production / Food Process Experience in both Mechanical Engineering and Civil Ran projects in both factory settings and construction Ideally PRINCE 2 Qualification SSSTS / SMSTS Qualification Knowledge of CDM regulations Strong Health and Safety background - NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is desirable Working knowledge of planning and building control requirements, which include environmental aspects such as biodiversity, ecology, odour and noise emissions, topological and flood surveys CAD drawing and interpretation skills Proven problem solving skills Strong negotiation skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a large growing organisation and make a lot of difference with a long term career.
