We're looking for motivated, creative individuals to join our Women's Contemporary Designer department team as a Brand Specialist for Tory Burch. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with one of our fast‑paced and innovative brands—ranging from trend‑led fashion to elevated wardrobe staples.
Responsibilities
* Act as a positive ambassador for both your brand and Harrods.
* Share product knowledge and offer personalised recommendations.
* Support a welcoming and memorable client experience.
* Ensure stock is replenished and displays meet brand standards.
* Work collaboratively with your team and support wider retail operations.
* Support the brand's day‑to‑day success through strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

Qualifications
You will have experience working as a Sales Associate in a luxury fashion retail setting, be passionate about delivering excellent service and excited to learn more about luxury retail and brand performance. You'll bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. Candidates should be open to working across any brand within our diverse Womenswear, Menswear, or Childrenswear portfolio, depending on where their skills and interests best align with the business. Your enthusiasm for product, attention to detail, and pride in how the brand is presented will help you play an important part in driving performance and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
