Retail Store Manager
Act as a role model to strengthen GANT’s customer service guidelines within the team and ensure top-class service.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and related KPIs, meeting store goals.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring understanding of GANT’s goals and objectives.
3. Lead and motivate the team daily.
4. Ensure continuous team development through GANT Academy.
5. Maintain store visual presentation and merchandising standards.
6. Keep the team updated on brand guidelines, product features, and sustainability targets.
7. Manage store operations, staff administration, and ensure policies align with company standards.
8. Report to the Head of Retail.
Candidate Profile:
* Genuine interest in people, both customers and colleagues.
* Driven by sales and performance, with 2-3 years experience working with KPIs.
* At least 3 years in management roles within the retail apparel industry, including coaching, team development, planning, sales, customer service, recruitment, and experience in outlet/full-price stores.
* Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for fashion and lifestyle concepts.
* Strong communication skills, fluent in English and preferably additional languages.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
Right to work in the UK is required. Candidates must demonstrate their eligibility to work without sponsorship, as GANT does not sponsor under the Skilled Worker route.
