Monarch Education are workign with a Primary School that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join their inclusive and nurturing learning environment. This is a full-time role based in our SEN Hub, supporting a small group of 10-12 children with a range of additional needs. You will be working alongside a committed team of four adults in the setting, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored learning experiences that meet the individual needs of pupils. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed. Contribute to the development of the SEN Hub and wider school community. We're Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and creativity in their teaching approach. Is confident in managing behaviour and promoting emotional wellbeing. Is committed to continuous professional development and inclusive education.
