Our client is a well-established, leading Legal 500 law firm based in Bournemouth, Dorset that is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support experienced fee-earners within a busy team.
Your duties will include:

* Assisting with all aspects of file and case handling, including checking Leases
* Preparing and checking legal documents to include drafting of wide range of documents including Leases, Transfers and Report on Title
* General audio/copy typing and dealing with client enquiries
* Preparation of stamp duty forms
* Assisting other fee earners with their files
* Completing land registry applications and conducting searches
* Overseeing complex exchanges and completions

In order to be considered for this role, you must have 1+ year’s experience as a Paralegal or your application will not be considered.
You must also have experience in either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property within a law firm to apply.
