Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs to reach their full potential? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a committed and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with SEND in both classroom and one-to-one settings, promoting independence and emotional wellbeing.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of personalised learning activities.
* Promote high standards of behaviour and respond to incidents in line with school policy.
* Work with teaching staff to monitor progress and provide clear, regular feedback.
* Build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure effective pupil support.
* Contribute positively to the school’s ethos and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly in communication and interaction.
* A caring, adaptable communication style and ability to build pupil trust.
* Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and promoting child welfare.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with staff and external agencies.
* Willingness to engage in training and continuous professional development.
* Basic ICT skills and a proactive approach to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
