Technical Writer/Technical Author - End User Products/Office Moves/Webex/desktop/VC Conferencing.
Supporting a London office move. Responsible for Documentation on technology products that will be installed in the building. Create internal advertising, end user communications ie What it looks like and how to train end users.
End user adoption of products. Technical writing around new standards, working closely with the product engineering team and bring the technical piece into a more end user friendly language
End User Products such as Webex, Hardware, Conferencing, Desktop and Compute
Position requires 5 days a week on clint site. London based office.
Requires:
End User product experience eg: Webex, Hardware, Conferencing, Desktop and Compute
Strong experience in technical writing aspect - take technical language make it into training material
Updates on Wiki pages
Dealing with 3rd party Vendors.
Ideally financial services/banking.
Office moves experience ideal but not essential.
