Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
Delivering set work and ensuring students remain on task
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement
Working across multiple schools within the trust (based on your availability)

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
Have a confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Be reliable, adaptable, and professional
Have a genuine interest in supporting young people’s learning
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
An undergraduate degree or relevant experience
