Academics are currently working with a primary school in Epping Forest, Essex who are seeking a passionate and reliable primary school teacher to join them in November 2025 as a PPA teacher on a long term contract for 1 year. They will wait until January 2026 for the right person!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced primary teacher looking for a full time teaching role without the full time responsibilities as a class teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience before starting their ECT induction in September at this school.
Responsibilities
* As the PPA teacher, cover classes across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 when regular teachers are absent due to training, illness or other commitments.
* Ensure seamless continuation of the learning process by following lesson plans and maintaining a structured and productive classroom environment.
* Provide a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for students, focusing on their individual needs and learning styles.
* Participate in the assessment and feedback process to aid in students ongoing development.
* Collaborate with the school’s teaching team to uphold their commitment to high quality education.

This PPA primary teacher role is ideal for a primary teacher who has a flexible approach, strong behaviour management skills and the ability to deliver engaging lessons based on pre-planned materials.
