We are currently looking for a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to project managers during planning, execution and monitoring phases.
Manage financial processes: raise requisitions, track budgets and time registration.
Ensure effective documentation practices: maintain project plans, RAID logs, and meeting notes, keeping all files updated in SharePoint/Teams.
Control and audit project deliverables in accordance with governance standards.
Coordinate internal and external team communication, facilitating updates and meetings.
Take meeting minutes, track actions and decisions.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management teams to align reporting and tracking.
