Express Recruitment are proud to be representing a technology consultancy based on the outskirts of Oxford who are looking to take on a Digital Marketing Manager on a full time, hybrid and permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and Hubspot, having previously worked in an agency environment, and will be responsible for delivering digital campaigns to increase the visibility of the company and client brands.
This position offers hybrid working with the breakdown being two days in the office and three days working from home per week.
For the position, they are offering a competitive salary of c£40k-c£50k per annum D.E alongside a generous benefits package including flexible working, 25 days holiday + stats (increasing to 30 days with tenure), employee recognition programs, half a day per week for professional development and more!
Manage and optimise digital campaigns for both the company and clients across multiple marketing channels
Create engaging, high-quality content including blog articles, case studies, and thought pieces
Offer ongoing strategic marketing advice
Monitor campaign performance closely and analyse key data to measure success
Strong marketing background with experience in a similar role
Experienced in inbound marketing and demand generation strategies
Commercially minded and quick to identify growth opportunities
