An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated property management professional to lead the Estates function. We are looking for a professional manager, with qualifications and experience in property and estates management, who is ambitious, enthusiastic and above all committed to the development of a first-class high performing team. As part of UHI Perth’s largest support functions, you will lead our in-house Estates Team with overall responsibility for buildings and grounds maintenance, new build refurbishments and alterations, environmental and energy management, external suppliers, and consultants. Supporting the development then leading the implementation of our Estates strategy to achieve the highest quality services and facilities, you will develop and maintain management systems that ensure consistent high performance in areas of customer service, health and safety, quality, and financial management.
