Leading SEND School seeking committed, empathetic, and collaborative teachers to join our Secondary Phase team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformational development journey of a specialist school for pupils aged 4-19 with a range of special educational needs, including PMLD, SLD, and ASD.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students with special educational needs within the Secondary phase.
* Collaborate with a team of teachers and support staff to enhance the educational experience and meet the individual needs of each student.
* Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.
* Engage in continuous professional development to improve teaching practices and outcomes for students.
* Support the school’s ethos and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
