Responsibilities
* Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
* Oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
* You will be the home’s nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills
* Maintain the highest levels of clinical governance
* Regularly review auditing practices and procedures
* Care plan development and assessments

About You
* An NMC Registered Nurse
* Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
* Good understanding of care planning processes
* Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
* Determined to drive continuous improvement
