Position: Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse)
Location: Hampton Court, London
Job Type: Full-time (typically 40 hours per week, flexible working options available)
Salary: £12.90-£14.00 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)

About the Role
Were looking for enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our team.
As a Practitioner, you will:
* Deliver the EYFS framework through engaging, child-led play
* Support the development of key children through observation, assessment, and planning
* Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice is at the heart of everything you do
* Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team in a well-resourced, stimulating environment
What Were Looking For
* A full & relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to high-quality childcare
