Your work informs future investment decisions, ensuring homes meet the needs of our tenants now and in future.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a hands‐on, real‐world environment while developing an exciting career in housing, asset management and construction.This post is temporary until May 2028 due to a temporary project.**What you’ll bring**You’ll need:* An HNC or above in a construction‐related subject* Good understanding of construction technology* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings* Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of construction or surveying softwareOur graduate roles also require strong core skills, including:* Good written and oral communication* Interpersonal* Organisation* Project management* Report writing* Team working* Computer skills including use of MS Office* Ability to use your initiative and organise your own workloadYou’ll be part of a purpose‐driven organisation where you can make a real difference.
