Corporate Counsel, Network Connectivity, AWS Legal InfrastructureAmazon's Legal Department is seeking a talented commercial lawyer based in London to serve as Corporate Counsel – Network Connectivity, supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS), a rapidly growing division within Amazon.com. AWS leads the cloud computing industry, offering services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database solutions, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.This attorney will be the lead for supporting the deployment of AWS's network infrastructure across EMEA, working as part of a global team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex subsea and terrestrial network deployment transactions.Support strategy development, draft and negotiate agreements.Provide regulatory and compliance advice to business partners.Develop and implement process improvements to scale legal support.Advise on legal issues in existing commercial relationships.Handle pre-litigation legal disputes.We seek someone enthusiastic about infrastructure projects, with sound judgment in ambiguous situations and a desire for challenges.
