About The Team The Global Corporate IT team maintain the internal IT Systems and Infrastructure such as Datacenters, Networks, End User Computing and Collaboration tools as well as Security Operations and Directory Services. Our aim is to provide an excellent end user experience for our internal customers, providing them secure and robust systems that allow then to focus on their Solifi objectives and deliverables.
About the Position We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our IT support team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT, offering hands-on experience and growth in a dynamic environment.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to internal users in-person and via phone, email, and remote tools.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software.
* Log and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management.
* Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or relevant departments.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning.
* Maintain documentation and update knowledge base articles.
* Attend the office once a week and on-demand to support physical device issues, maintain office equipment, and collaborate with the team.
About You
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
