This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative sales team and contribute to exceptional service delivery. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, deliveries are well-coordinated, and customers receive top-notch service. You will be liaising with various departments, including external sales, dispatch, and logistics, to maintain the highest standards of customer care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): * Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear information on product availability, order status, and delivery schedules. * Sales Administration: Manage inbound sales enquiries, process customer orders accurately, maintain records, and assist in preparing quotations and reports. * Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, handling any transport-related queries. * Team Collaboration: Support both internal teams and external sales colleagues to ensure smooth order management and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Criteria: * Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related office support role. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. * A team player who is proactive and customer-focused.
