The Role
You will handle a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
* Refinancing matters
* Renewable energy projects
* Strategic development work acting for landowners
The role has a strong emphasis on development-led work, including drafting and negotiating:
* Promotion agreements
* Option agreements
* Landowner collaboration and consortium agreements
You will work across both residential and commercial development matters, with exposure to complex, high-value instructions.
