Our client is an ambitious, science-led health brand entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are seeking a UK Sales Manager to drive the domestic expansion of the brand.
The Role
This is a newly created, high-impact position responsible for delivering market-leading distribution and visibility across the UK.
* Develop and execute commercial plans to rapidly expand Retail, Grocery & Pharmacy distribution, across core VMS and probiotic ranges.
* Identify and convert white space opportunities into sustainable, profitable distribution.
* Build short- and mid-term customer plans, forming strategic & long-term partnerships across key accounts.
* Co-create customer-facing activation plans with the marketing team, aligning to UK brand strategy across physical and digital channels.
* Own the UK P&L, managing trade spend, product mix, and commercial levers for profitable growth.
The Requirements
* 3+ years’ sales / account management experience, with a measurable record of developing UK growth across the retail and pharmacy channels.
* Immediate understanding within nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or broader healthcare / wellness CPG sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration ability – marketing, planning, supply chain, production.
* Results-driven approach, and resilience to find success in an agile environment with lean resources.
* Entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
