We're looking for a General Manager for a lovely food‑led pub in Diss. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. About the pub The Thatchers Needle is located a stones throw away from the centre of Diss, and is a food‑led pub offering the Marston's 'Signature' menu. The pub has a cosy, community feel with a premium style menu, and benefits from a sweeping garden with a pergola situated to the front of the pub, perfect for attracting summer trade. The Thatchers Needle has a strong following due to their live entertainment, quiz, sports teams and children's events. Currently delivering weekly sales of £21,000 split 60/40 food‑led, the pub is performing well with scope to drive sales further. There is also a 3 bedroom flat situated above the pub available to the General Manager.
