Job Summary:
As a Sales Operations Specialist Intern at Honeywell, in Bracknell, you will be responsible for supporting the sales teams and managing sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and operational support to enable the sales team to optimise their performance.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, but you will start the role fulltime in the office, for us to support your learning, and be expected to work from the office during training.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months to cover a sandwich placement starting in Summer 2026, with the opportunity for a permanent opportunity once you graduate in 2028.

Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with experienced professionals, as well as an assigned buddy, to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:
1. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse sales reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team and management
2. Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
3. CRM Management: Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and proper usage by the sales team
4. Training and Support: Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members on systems, processes, and tools
5. Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Key skills and qualifications:
6. Currently studying a sandwich course degree in Business Administration, Analysis, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field, graduating in 2028
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
8. Some experience solving complex business problems, (this can be from your degree, hobby or work experience)
9. Business level English communication skills, both written and spoken
10. Can commute with ease to our Bracknell office
