As Meetings & Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing meeting room bookings, switchboard, and facilities helpdesk operations - ensuring every interaction and event is delivered to the highest luxury standard.

What Youll Do
Lead and inspire a service-driven team
Oversee all meeting & events coordination, including AV and catering
Ensure seamless room readiness and flawless delivery
Act as the key link between facilities, security, and hospitality teams
Drive service excellence and continuous improvement

Proven leadership experience in a 5-star, luxury, or corporate hospitality environment
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
