Responsibilities

About You
* Proven experience managing a large nursing home.
* Nurse qualified is preferred but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.
* Strong track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A person-centred approach and ability to inspire a team.
* Experience with dementia or complex care delivery is desirable.
