Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting efforts.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post‑sale follow‑up.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using our CRM tools.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company’s products/services.
* Continually update and develop product and market knowledge.
* Make customers aware of suitable products available to meet their needs.
* Customer visits quarterly and creation of roadmaps.
* Monitor when contracts are due for renewal and contact customers with their new terms/prices for the coming year.
People Management
* Some people management responsibilities required to ensure the smooth relationship between the technical team and sales and support teams.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
* 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience in IT services and Cyber Security.
* Familiarity with data‑driven sales approaches and pipeline management.
* Understanding of digital sales channels and marketing automation tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Customer satisfaction (NPS or CSAT scores).
* New business acquisition rate.
* Accuracy of sales forecasts.
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive base salary plus performance‑based commission.
* On‑target earnings (OTE) are unlimited, with an expected benchmark of £75k.
* Direct exposure to the Managing Director, providing mentorship and strategic insight.
