We re looking for an Environment and Sustainability Advisor to be the organisation s trusted expert on environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. In this pivotal role, you ll ensure that SeAH Wind meets and exceeds all legal, regulatory and ISO 14001 standards, while driving forward our commitment to responsible and sustainable operations. As our Environment and Sustainability Advisor, you will take ownership of developing, implementing and continually improving our Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001. You ll guide teams on best practices for environmental protection and waste management, oversee key permits and compliance processes, and work directly with regulatory bodies such as the Environment Agency. Your insight and leadership will help us manage risks, identify opportunities, and reduce our environmental impact at every level of the organisation. This role also involves leading education and training initiatives, inspiring employees and contractors to adopt environmentally responsible behaviours and supporting the business in achieving its sustainability goals. You ll be a key contributor to audits, compliance programmes, and the delivery of environmental frameworks that promote efficiency and innovation. We re looking for someone with a degree in Environmental Science or a related field, ideally supported by professional qualifications such as IEMA, NEBOSH or IOSH. You should have a strong understanding of ISO 14001, proven experience with EHS management systems, and solid knowledge of environmental permitting for air, waste and water. Experience delivering training, collaborating with regulatory agencies, and championing sustainability improvements will make you stand out.
