The Demolition Contracts Manager will oversee and manage demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and subcontractors, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with health&safety regulations, and resolving on‑site issues.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bracknell, with visits to project sites within the coverage area.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing demolition projects of varying size and complexity.
* Strong knowledge of demolition legislation, health&safety, and environmental compliance.
* Ability to prepare and reviewRAMS, CPPs, and other safety documentation.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills, with ability to manage relationships effectively.
* Commercial awareness with experience in preparing costings and managing budgets.
* ITliterate, with good knowledge ofMSOffice and project management tools.
* SMSTS(Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent qualification.
* CCDO(Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) Management‑level card (preferred)
