ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a confident, high-performing individual for a pivotal business partnering role supporting Group finance in data analysis and interpretation related to Ostomy.
The successful candidate will support the Head of FP&A Ostomy with financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing sales channels, revenues, margins, overhead variances, scenario planning, KPI development, and management reporting, relating to Pelican Healthcare Ltd, Respond Healthcare Ltd, TG Eakin Ltd, and its international subsidiaries.
KEY ACTIVITIES
* Ensure compliance with Financial Control Systems and Procedures.
* Partner with Ostomy managers.
* Support commercial managers with sales, revenue, and margin reports.
* Manage reporting for subsidiaries including Pelican Healthcare Ltd, Respond Healthcare Ltd, TG Eakin Ltd, and others.
* Report on distribution efficiency, transport, and warehousing costs.
* Support demand planning within the Group S&OP system.
* Develop and support KPIs with visual data representations.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Ostomy businesses.
* Analyze overheads and ROI on sampling costs.
* Promote process standardization and continuous improvement.
* Support month-end and year-end processes and wider finance functions.
Other responsibilities include adherence to policies, health and safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as undertaking additional duties as required.
Qualifications and experience needed:
* Working towards or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
* Commercial finance experience, data analytics skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Experience in manufacturing finance, familiarity with Sage X3, and strong communication skills.

Internal: Finance team, CCO – Ostomy, Ostomy management, IT, managers, staff.
External: Auditors, software providers, external stakeholders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Location options: Comber or Cardiff.
