The Facilities Technician is responsible for completing all allocated maintenance tasks ensuring completion is to a high & safe standard and to ensure that all works are completed in a timely manner. Complete emergency works relating to shop closures & trading impact, where required. Close down/update work orders in teams. Completes all daily/weekly administration as required, accurately and on time. Complying with all statutory and Society Health, Safety and Fire Regulations and take all necessary action to avoid risk. Ensure appropriate PPI is used where necessary Ensure the Maintenance containers are kept tidy and organised with an accurate asset register. To ensure materials and equipment is cared for and re-used where appropriate. Management of tools, stock & trade accounts. Undertake training as agreed with your line manager to achieve objectives of the role. What We’re Looking For: Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience in a similar capacity and a relevant trade qualification.
